What different of CINEFLIX from other projector brands?
Our projectors are manufactured with leading technical specifications, but because of our direct-to-consumer business mode, we sell without middlemen, so the cost is much lower. We will pass on the cost savings as much as possible to consumers, so that they can enjoy well-made projectors at preferential prices!
What kind of payment methods do we accept?
We currently accept Online Banking ONLY. Customer needs to upload the transfer slip after make transfer.
What are the different between Basic vs WiFi vs Android version of projector?
Basic version is like a regular projector. It does not support WiFi and Bluetooth, only requires an external input like Laptop, TV Box, and USB to display content.
WiFi version does support WiFi and can be Wireless Screen Mirroring for Android and IOS phone. It also requires an external input like Laptop, TV Box, and USB to display content.
Android version has its own operating system (Android OS). It is WiFi enabled with inbuilt YouTube, Netflix, and Casting Apps. 95% of CINEFLIX customers buy the Android version projector.
Can projector be ceiling mounted or tripod mounted?
Some projectors have 4 screw holes on the base of the projector, so it can be mounted on standard projector ceiling/wall mounts. It has a digital screen flip function, so when it is mounted, you can be able to flip the projector screen. Most of the projector can be mounted on a tripod. It has a 1/4″ screw hole and is compatible with standard tripod/camera mounts. Or it can be placed directly on the tray of the adjustable stand. However, we currently do not offer installation services or any brackets. Alternatively, you can opt for our Adjustable Stand (+RM169) for a more convenient and less intrusive setup.

Will the color & texture of my wall affect the projected screen?
The projector works best on a glossy white surface. Colored or textured walls absorb color and brightness so are not ideal. Alternatively, you can opt for our screwless hook projector screen for a hassle-free setup and a great viewing screen!
What is the warranty policy?
Our projectors come with a 1 Year local warranty, automatically registered with your order ID. We also have a dedicated customer support team to help you resolve any issue via Whatsapp.
What is the refund policy?
We do not accept cash refunds. Within the warranty, we do 1-1 exchanges/repairs for product faults but refunds are not allowed once the original packaging has been opened.
